Do I need to know my season first?
Yes — your card works best when you already know your exact season. That way, the colors you’re comparing in-store are truly customized to you. If you don’t know your season yet, I’ve got you! You can book a full analysis anytime.
Does the color card come with my color analysis?
Yes! When you purchase a Color Mode analysis, you automatically receive your season’s palette card based on your results. If you’re a “flow” season, you’ll get the palette that matches your coloring — no guessing needed.
If you’d also like your “home” season palette (for example, a Bright Winter might also want the full Winter palette), you can purchase that separately. Many clients love having both, but it’s completely optional.
How do I purchase one or multiple cards?
To buy your card(s), simply choose the quantity you want on the checkout screen under the product photo. After entering your billing and shipping info, you’ll see a box labeled “Which season(s) cards would you like?” — just type the season for each card there (example: “Bright Winter” or “Bright Winter + True Winter”). That’s it! I’ll take it from there and ship the correct palettes to you.
